The pickens county career and technology center is a public-private partnership between Wills University and the county of Pickens, Texas. The center is a part of the University of North Texas’s campus. The county is in need of an academic and research center to provide quality education, research, and development of a new center for the county.

The goal of the center is to provide resources to local industry and community needs with an emphasis on research and development and providing a place for students to work at the county’s expense. As a non-profit, the center doesn’t get any funding from Pickens County, and it’s not funded by the county.

You can learn more about Pickens County Career and Technology Center by visiting our website or calling 815-745-8255. We have no affiliation with the county and we can only help you in any way we can.

The center has a new website and is starting to hire interns, which is a first in the state. We’ve also put out a call for potential volunteers who have some knowledge of computer science, science, or engineering.

If you’re a good candidate, we want to hear from you. We’re interested in both the skills and interest of our interns.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
