I have been a vegan for a while now as I have gained weight. I have not gained weight and haven’t experienced any problems or health issues with vegetarianism.
The past few days I have gone out to eat all over the city and the last thing I ate before leaving the house was a vegan egg sandwich. I don’t know what possessed me to eat that one. I am sure it was the food and I am not even sure why I was eating it. But I did, for some reason, feel it was right.
You’d have to go out of your way to eat a vegan egg, but if you do, and you stick with it, it will not affect you in any way.
It may not seem like it, but when you do eat meat, you are still eating a protein. Meat is just a protein (and it’s also quite tasty). The main difference between meat and vegetarians, then, is that meat is usually cooked, whereas vegetarians typically don’t. The protein breakdown is different, too, so vegetarians are eating more calories than meat eaters.
The main ingredient in meat is protein, and this protein is usually cooked. That’s why meat is also referred as “protein food”, so you can’t go wrong with a few tablespoons of meat in a salad, for example. Vegetarians are usually eating fewer calories than meat eaters, but they can also get more nutrients from the plant-based foods they eat, like vegetables.

This is why we sometimes refer to vegetarianism as “the diet of choice.” The fact is, a lot of vegetarians and vegans tend to have a harder time with nutrition than other diets. The reason is that they tend to restrict their food sources, which can cause a lot of problems.
For vegetarians and vegans, and anyone with an allergy, dairy can be quite frustrating. For the first few months of my diet, I used to consume four servings of milk at least twice a week, followed by a serving of cheese once a week and a serving of lean meats (like turkey or chicken) once a week. It was a really nice way to start.
And then one day I decided to stop all of those dairy products for one week. The next few weeks were no better, unless you count the time I drank my coffee black. So I had to start making my own. While I was at it, I also had to learn how to make my own soy yogurt and soy milk.
