Many years ago, I decided that I was going to start a business of my own. I had been an employee for most of my life, so I thought I was qualified for this venture. I wasnt ready, but I was. I took the position and have been happy ever since. I get my salary from the company, but we also have some benefits that are not offered by other companies. I get to see what everyone is up to and what theyre doing when theyre not at work.

We also pay our sales team a lot more than some of the big retail chains. We give them a bonus based on the amount of profit they can make on their sales. And we give our engineers a bonus based on the amount of new product they can make on their products. It’s very unusual for a company to pay a sales team more than $85,000 a year.

And to make a long story short, I don’t think we ever pay the sales folks to work on the books.

I’ve been a sales manager for about 6 years now, and my sales manager salary is just over $100,000 a year. I get paid a very good salary and I think it’s a good company to work for, but I am not the only one who is complaining about sales managers. And yes, I do think we’re paying our engineers a lot more than we are other companies.

I know the reason for this is that the sales people are sales people. If they weren’t, they’d be programmers, who are expected to be compensated well. Sales people are sales people, and that’s it.
