Our thoughts and actions and habits are evolving. There are so many changes happening that we can’t fully comprehend them. The most important changes are the ones we can’t fully recognize. The key is to become aware of the changes and how they can be addressed. And we don’t need to learn or understand everything about the mind that we can’t do without. We can learn the basics, and then we can make more and more informed decisions when we can’t think about the rest.

You can learn how to lift weights, and you can get stronger and stronger with it. You can learn how to run, and get rid of those bad knees that are giving you trouble. You can learn how to swim, and get rid of those painful boobs that really need a vacation. You can learn how to eat a balanced diet, and avoid obesity.
And you can do all of these things if you don’t have to deal with the pain, the problems, and the weight. And that’s the good news, because this is what you want, right? So if you’re tired of dealing with pain, problems, and weight, you can get rid of them, and get stronger and stronger with it.
