Second, you will likely learn to be more effective if you learn to save energy. Third, since you are not a victim, you will likely get less stress.

The other thing to think about is that you do not want your new home to be one where you are the victim. Most people who have these homes are happy to settle in at any time and not be on the hunt for the perfect house. The stress of trying to find the perfect house is going to keep most people from getting the best house.

If you have a lot of energy, you will be able to conserve it better than if you are not a victim. If you are a victim, you will be more stressed. Most people will be able to tell when someone they are at war with is a victim, rather than a perpetrator, if they are in a state of stress.

For example, you will want to get the home inspected. You will want to get the loan approved. You will want to get the title deed issued. You will want to get the deed transferred from the seller into the name of the new homeowner. You will want to get the mortgage approval.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
