The republic finance kosciusko ms (RFKM) is a self-defense training class I teach in Kansas City Missouri. I had a chance to interview the instructor, John L. McElroy, and get him to share his expertise on self-defense.
One of the perks of teaching at a martial arts studio is that it is a place for people who don’t know how to defend themselves. Since I don’t know how to defend myself, I decided to teach a self-defense class. I had a good teacher in the class, and I teach mostly to guys who don’t know how to fight.
McElroy is a former police officer in the Kansas City, Missouri, police department. He was hired out of the academy as a “special assistant to the chief of police.” He now teaches a self-defense class at his garage studio. He is an expert in self-defense, but also has a knack for making people feel great after they’ve passed the test.

For the past five years, Kansas City, Missouri, and its police department, have been the very first to use the Internet to conduct a full public records search on the public record of people who have passed the test. This was done to help them learn how to better train their officers. We talked to the police department about this over the phone and the results are great. The officers who were interviewed in this article were happy to see it, and it shows in how they handled the interview.
First, they were happy because it showed that the officers they are trained to be are not just a bunch of uneducated racists. Second, they are happy because they helped the public with their own records search. Finally, they are happy because they saw that their training has actually improved citizens in Kansas City.
I got a call from a guy who wanted to join the department, but he was turned away because he didn’t have a phone number. He then called a friend who was also turned away because they couldn’t find his phone number. The friend went out and found his phone number, and the officer called him back on the phone so they could discuss the matter. The friend told him that the department was not hiring because they are biased against minority groups, and that they would not hire him.
The friend then called his friend’s boss and said the department was not hiring because they were biased against minorities. The boss then called his friend’s boss and said the department was not hiring because they were biased against minorities. Finally, the friend’s boss, who was also a minority, called the friend and asked him about the department and why he was not coming in.
