This is a rare case where we need to update our software. A case where we can’t be at work for a few weeks and we need to update to the latest version of the PS4.
The only issue is that the update doesn’t seem to be working on the PS4. It should be updating automatically on PS3 and Xbox 360. We’ll see if it works on the PS4 next time we get back into the office.

It’s not clear if there’s a bug or a problem with the update itself. We did test it ourselves a few years back and it’s working fine. But the update appears to be a genuine problem, so we’re filing a bug report and will let you know when we figure that out.
Its not a bug it its a problem. Its just we havent upgraded for a while, so we need to test it. And as it turns out we have to wait till the end of the month, so we will be getting the update in mid-August.
The PS4 update is just around the corner, so it will hopefully be a quick release. We have no problems with the game itself, but the update may be causing problems. If it is, we will definitely let you know and we will work with you to fix it.

We’re not sure what’s causing the issue, but we do know that there are some known issues with PS4 updates. The PS4 firmware will update automatically once it’s up and running and the PS4 has a built-in memory card which stores all the save data required by the game. We have updated all of our save data and are currently working on fixing the issue. We will let you know once we have that done.
the problems in the video may be due to the fact that the game is running on a different computer than the one that the video was recorded on. We are aware of this and will be working to get the update out to everyone as soon as we can.
