This is a very common request from players. I understand that many are looking for more control over their gameplay and don’t have a need to play in a windowed fashion. However, some wish to play with the friends that they play with.

Sure, remote play is a great way to play in a game that you have not played. But I would also imagine that this feature would be valuable to a lot of people. In the long run, its probably not worth the extra price to a lot of people.

Although you could play with people who do not have ps3, its worth noting that you can always play the game with people who do have ps3. The developers have already included a way to play vita with ps3 owners.

I don’t think people should really pay extra for remote play. There are many people that are already on ps3 who do not have an internet connection, and they are not going to be making a big enough difference to justify the extra cost. Also, if you use the internet, there are other things that can be done besides playing games. Such as getting a copy of ps3 game, downloading the latest version, or going to an arcade.
