Sony is pretty much reinventing the game console for the mobile world. So to celebrate, we have a new set of PlayStation gold wireless headset faceplates in our online store.
You may have noticed that I’ve made these before. This is for those who are new to the game world and want to get up to speed by playing a few games. If you need some extra hands-free entertainment while you’re playing, then these are a great way to do so. Simply plug your headset into the back of your PS3 or PSP, and you’ll get a “headset” that you can use to get your hands on the next game.
And we have a new headset too. You can get the same headset as a free download with every game for Sony, PSN, and Xbox LIVE. Just check out our store to see if you already have it.
These faceplates are pretty cool because they help to keep your hands free while you play. You can use them to hold your controller and your PS3 controller or your PSP controller to keep your hands free during a game, but they also help keep your eyes free. You can also bring your PSP controller with you into most places you can go for games, and these faceplates make it easy to use your controller during your next adventure.
These faceplates come in three different colors, but a green one is the most common one.
These faceplates are available for both the PS3 and PS4, but if you’re on the PS3 it’s a good idea to check with your PlayStation website to see if you have a version that can be used with the headset in question. In my experience, there are some faceplates designed for the PS3 that are only available for PS3, but they are easy to find.

If you already bought a faceplate, you should probably have one of the ear pads (or ear pads with a faceplate) in case you need to use it. If you cannot decide which ear pad to buy, you can still buy a second version that has both ear pads and a faceplate, but they will not work with our headset.
