I just love parkour. I think it’s what keeps me young through life.

Well, yes, parkour is great. And it does all these things so well that I feel like I’m doing these things all the time, which is why I’m a very active person. I do this because it makes me feel like I’m doing something good and valuable.

But because parkour is all about trying to get off stuff that you can’t really jump off, parkour is a lot like falling down a set of stairs. Its about not falling, and it’s about getting up. But that actually takes way more brain power than you probably realize.
