While there are many different types of homes, as a real estate agent I am often asked to represent buyers or sellers who are looking to buy or sell a new construction home in the next three to five years.

This isn’t the most common question I get asked on my website, but it is one that I’ve heard a lot, and it is one that I’ve been asked often, so I thought I’d answer it here. I’ve found that most people who ask this question are also looking to buy or sell a new construction home in the next three to five years.
