It’s easy to get caught up in the idea that the average person with a computer can do anything with it. This is the exact opposite of reality. It’s much easier to get hired by a company, to create a logo or a website, to manage a business, to create a video, to make a presentation. To say that the average person can do anything with a computer is almost insulting.
This is why we need to put in some time with the tech industry. To do anything. We need to take the time to learn a little bit more about the tech industry and actually understand why people want to join their company. That helps us in our interview process because we feel a little more comfortable taking the time to ask the right questions, to not be the person you’re interviewing for because you’re nervous about what the interviewer will think.
We usually interview someone for a job because we are interested in the job, but we also interview for the job because we want to get a good feel for the company, the culture, and the people themselves. Even if youre not interviewing for a position, you can still learn a lot about the industry by talking to your prospective co-workers. Interviewing is just something we do because of how we feel about the industry. We love what we do.

More and more companies are having to hire programmers from outside the company. Companies that hire these programmers often find that they have a lot of overhead and overhead is something that a startup like Amazon is very good at. Instead of hiring someone from Amazon, you hire a person from someone else who is probably cheaper. It’s a win-win situation.
