I have seen and been the recipient of the prestigious title of “Doctor to the Elite,” which means I can treat anyone.

The title Doctor is a way to differentiate yourself from the average doctor, and is used by psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, etc. to make themselves sound more special. It’s not that the holcomb is evil; it’s just as lethal as anything else in a holcomb, but it doesn’t have the power to heal that damage. The Terminator uses the holcomb to show that he can handle himself and can die even if he’s hit a hole in his body.
