This is our top priority when we begin to feel sick at work, in our office, or in our home. So we can’t be a burden to ourselves or others (and we can be a burden to God), but we can be a big friend to others (and to ourselves).

Our priority is to avoid the mental illness that causes us to be ill, and we want to avoid the mental illness that causes us to feel ill. So I think the most important thing to do is to remember to do stuff about that.

Of course, this is not to say that you can’t get sick and be fine. To be sure, even when something is serious, it can be treatable. It’s just that the disease is an insidious one. While most people who are ill are not aware of it, many of them are aware that they have an illness that is treatable, but not easy.

The other reason I don’t think there’s enough evidence to suggest that the most effective way to prevent mental illness is to be healthy. It’s not like some folks are getting a little too sick to do anything about it, and there are actually many folks who are not. I think that’s what makes the issue so hard to avoid.

The mental illness we are talking about are different from the diseases such as cancer, HIV, and other illnesses. The mental illness is a disease that attacks your mind so theres not much you can do about it. The disease is a brain disease; it affects your thought processes.
