This is the level I usually recommend beginners reach by building their self-awareness. You need to start to notice your “inner self” and work on changing the things in your life that are holding you back. You can then start learning to have good self-awareness in your everyday life.

This kind of self-awareness is really important and helpful. If you’re constantly looking around your house to see if there is a store or a place to put your shoes or a dresser, you can start to notice that you are not in a store. You will need to start to notice your inner self. We often talk about self-awareness on the internet, but we recommend to start by looking up your inner self first. This is the level of self-awareness we are aiming for.

After you start to notice your inner self, you will start to see patterns in your daily life. You will begin to notice patterns that are not natural to your body, your clothes, or your apartment. You will start to be aware of your own behaviors, thoughts, and feelings. You will also begin to take charge of your own actions and thoughts.

If you don’t take care of your inner self, you will constantly be looking for clues that it is out of control. You will be distracted, frustrated, and disappointed that this is not how you want to live your life.
