The news from the South, the home of the Civil War, is that they have taken down the Confederate flag from the courthouse. I couldn’t be happier.
I’m not sure I’m totally satisfied with how the flag came down. The flags were very easy to remove so it’s hard to imagine a case of someone’s removing them and leaving. I’m more inclined to believe it was one of those flag-free zones.
We’ve got a couple of images of the flag, but it looks like the actual flag was in the house. If someone has no idea who it is, just look through the back of the flag’s photo and find out who it is. The flag is actually in the house.
Florida is an interesting case because the state has a pretty strong law on open carry. Although it seems like most people can carry guns with them on their person, there have been a couple of instances of open carry being legal, and that’s where the flag comes in. When a person crosses state lines carrying a weapon, the state of carry law states that the person must have a permit to carry. When they cross state lines with a handgun, they must have a permit to carry.
I have some old photos of the Florida Gators, which show a couple of people crossing Florida with an open carry gun on their person. These photos are just a hint, but they do give us some context.
The Florida law is a little bit more nuanced than most states. In fact, Florida’s law is so expansive that it allows people to carry a concealed firearm on their person when it’s in a public place and they’re not on probation or parole. In other words, it’s legal to carry a gun into a public place if you’re not on probation or parole. The problem with this is that the laws on concealed carry are very confusing.
One of the biggest questions that folks ask is whether or not you can carry a gun in public. For example, if someone walks up to you and asks you for a soda, you could theoretically say you’re not on probation or parole and carry a gun on your person. However, the answer to this question is an emphatic NO.
It’s important to note that gun possession for the purposes of self defense is legal, as is the possession of a weapon by anyone at a school. What you may not realize is that this law applies only to public places. If a person crosses a state line, they can legally carry a gun into a public building. However, they are still required to go through a process called “parole.
According to the GA, the process begins with a hearing. A judge will decide if you have held a valid gun permit and if so, they will issue you a permit. This is the process that is followed in many states. If you are on probation or parole, the judge will not issue you any gun permits. The GA also notes that if you carry a gun in the presence of a minor or child, they will likely revoke your gun permit.
The only way to check if a gun is in the hands of a minor is to check your license. If you are on probation or parole, you’ll have to go through a simple check-and-rescue process. This is similar to the process of the gun search process as you have to find the gun. If you’re on probation or parole, you’ll have to look at a simple application to get a permit.
