A new form of self-awareness is possible when the child is in the process of acquiring parental control information. These days, the majority of parents are busy, so they have to make do with what they have. Their minds are in constant flux, and they will most likely make mistakes when they try to keep up with the latest research.
So what if the parents know more about how their child is processing and storing information on their computer than they know about their own child’s brain? In fact, they may have even been able to prevent their child from gaining access to the parent’s files. If so, they could have prevented anything in the first place.
The fact is that while we all know that the “Parental Controls” feature on computers is one of the things that can make a difference in kids behavior, there are no real protections against it. The fact is that all parents have parental controls on their computer, and all they have to do is to turn them off. That’s all it takes. Any parent who has a child under 12 is probably a parent anyway.
Actually, most people have no idea that it is possible to block access to the parental controls from the PC. To protect your child from unwanted parental control, you could do that by installing a parental control program on your computer. You also don’t have to install software that requires you to install parental controls or anything like that. The only thing that you have to do is to turn off the parental controls. And that’s all it takes.
The parental controls are a piece of software that your computer allows you to turn on/off. Essentially, you are giving the computer the power to decide what your child can and cannot do. It would be a good idea to ask your computer what your child is allowed to do and then install parental controls that restrict their activities.
It’s no surprise that Elden Ring failed to obtain parental control information. It is a game where you’re playing as the player. As such, that player is the parent, and the parent is the child. There’s absolutely nothing that can be done to stop this from happening. The only thing that can be done is to take you off the Internet for a few weeks so you can get the parental controls back on.
It seems like every time we talk with the developers of Deathloop, we get some new revelation that seems to confirm our suspicions about the game’s lack of parental control. For example, we learned that the player’s character is not allowed to enter a restaurant, a fact that was revealed at the end of the video.
While we have no evidence that Elden Ring is the cause of these parental controls not being turned on, it would appear that it’s at least a contributing factor.
I think this latest news might just be a bit of a hint at what to expect in more recent updates to the game. A new voiceover for the game’s intro tells us that Elden Ring has “no idea why he’s on a planet where there are no parental controls.” It also makes a joke about how there are “no parental controls” on a planet where there are no Elden Ring.
I feel that Elden Ring is probably a more-or-less safe bet in this respect, but that doesn’t mean it’s a good idea to ignore the possibility.
