This is my favorite part of my daily routine. I love to read, write, and talk about my favorite things. So, I think it is a universal, natural thing that people are uncomfortable talking about their feelings, even if it is the right thing to do. We all have feelings of, “I just don’t want to talk about this.” We also all have feelings of, “I shouldnt be talking about this.” And the same is true for when we feel overwhelmed.

When you are feeling overwhelmed, you feel like you have too much to say. When you are feeling overwhelmed, you want to talk about it. So, when you feel overwhelmed, the first thing to do is to write down your feelings and then show it to people. I know that there are some people who are very proud of their feelings, but I don’t know if I should write them down. So, when I feel overwhelmed, I want to show them.
