Well, thats the thing. We’re seeing lots and lots of companies who just don’t have the ability to manage their existing staff, or not enough people to maintain a high level of software development. There are a lot of reasons for this, the most important of which is the fact that we are seeing companies that are making it difficult for their employees to stay with the company.
What this means is that your current company is not the right fit. It can make it difficult for workers to stay with the company because there is a large shortage of qualified workers. The problem is, companies like this are often not very good at recruiting employees, and so the turnover is high. Or it makes it difficult for them to keep their software developers because there isn’t enough software engineers to maintain their systems. Or maybe they don’t have the right people to hire.
The problem is, companies like this don’t have a plan for the future and that means their employees are just going to end up leaving. Like your friend who still has a job, but now finds herself in a new company where the current company is not the right fit.
In that case, what do you do? You go to the HR department and tell them that you want to find a new job with a new company and you want to be hired by them. They then look for the best candidates and send them to you. But it is actually not that simple. HR departments hire people. They dont hire candidates. There is a set of standards that companies should follow.
You can use this same analogy to describe why companies don’t hire people. There is no set of standards that companies should follow.
