A picture is worth a thousand words, so why not let it speak for itself?
A new study by InMoment reveals that consumers are more likely to trust content shared on social media platforms than from brands.
According to the research, 92% of those surveyed say they’re more likely to believe something when they see it on their Instagram feed compared with only 72% who would trust information from a brand’s Facebook page.
“This is an important finding,” says John Fiskin, President and CEO at InMoment.
“It means that marketers need to be very careful about how they convey their messages through social media channels.
