I am a newbie to fitness and I love that it doesn’t take too long to start feeling the benefits it has on my overall health and well-being. It’s been a good experience to see my weight dropping from a whopping 190 to 170, and my fitness level going from a whopping 30-hour a week to a minimum of 24.
