Logically, a US provider of managed IT services and formerly known as Winxnet, recently announced the acquisition of Sullivan Data Management, a US provider of IT design, integration, support, and management services. The acquisition will strengthen Logically’s presence in the managed IT services market in the US state of New York. Furthermore, it will support the company’s plan to become a prominent player in the Northeastern US and ensure expansion across the country. Moreover, it will improve the company’s position in non-profit and public sectors, which include government agencies and municipalities.
“Joining Logically gives our company the opportunity for bolstering our ability to grow in New York and offering even more value to Sullivan Data Management customers as we leverage Logically’s advanced technical systems. It is a perfect fit for us as our company’s strong employee culture and talented team tightly align with Logically’s strong customer service reputation, technical leadership, and vision,” said Sullivan Data Management’s Co-founder, Glenn Sullivan.
Logically plans for 3-5 acquisitions annually to create nationwide IT services platform
“Sullivan Data Management has a wonderful reputation in the market, a loyal customer base, and an unequaled 20-year track record of customer success. Sullivan Data’s laser focus on customer service and high standards align closely with Logically’s mission and core values as our company continues to expand as a leading IT managed service provider across the country. We’re excited to have Dianna Sullivan, an IT support business leader, and Glenn Sullivan, co-founder of Sullivan Data and an accomplished engineer, join Logically’s senior management team,” said CEO of Logically, Christopher Claudio.
In June 2018, K&R Network Solutions and Winxnet entered into a merger to create a coast-to-coast managed IT services firm. After completing the integration of operating systems and procedures and solution offerings, Winxnet announced in April 2019 that the new company will be operating under the new name – Logically. In April 2019, Logically announced its plan to acquire 3-5 managed service providers (MSPs) every year to create a nationwide IT services platform.
Claudio’s plan is to make Logically one of the top 10 managed IT service providers in the US in the next five years. Logically will look to buy MSP companies that have revenue in the range of $3-7 million and a strong recurring revenue base. Claudio will also target MSP companies that are a good cultural fit for Logically.
